We Strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase. Sometimes it is not always possible. If any items are backordered, than we will ship those items when we get them at no additional cost to you. We offer all UPS shipping options with live rates when you place your order online with us. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box address so please use a street address so there is no delay in your order. We do offer international shipping but be aware that in addition to the displayed shipping cost, there may be an additional duty or tax you will have to pay before your package will be released by customs. If you refuse your package and it comes back to us, we will refund only the value of the items returned and not the shipping fees. NO SHIPPING FEES WILL BE REFUNDED FOR REFUSED PACKAGES.
